Elijah is the middle child in possibly the most accomplished snowboarding family of all time. His older brother Abe and younger sister Hannah are also top riders. A member of the 2005 U.S. Snowboard B Team and an unabating competitor, Elijah competed in more major halfpipe events through the ’04 season than any other WX’05 SuperPipe competitor, including all 3 VTCs and all 3 U.S. Grand Prixs. He finished the ’03 season ranked 4th in the world for halfpipe by the WSF, as well as 5th overall in the Vans Triple Crown and 2nd overall in the Grand Prix series. He kept a modest profile through the 2006-2007 season following a serious accident in November of 2005, but says that he spent the last year getting his head and riding confidence back. But don’t worry about Elijah, his unwavering sense of competition will keep him among the best of the best for years to come…….I think Elijah’s Dad was standing next to me when I filmed this

At the young age of only 20, Guldemond has already been snowboarding for 12 years. Competing in the junior USSA competitions while growing up in New Hampshire, his objective to better his snowboarding led him to Lake Tahoe, CA. Soon thereafter he found himself competing with his idols, the pros, taking 3rd in the 2007 Vail Session, 2nd at the Burton Abominable Snow Jam and most recently took 1st in the 2007 Australian Open. Chas was a nominee for Transworld Snowboarding?s 2006 “Rookie of the Year” and “Stand out of the Year” awards. Last season, Chas filmed for Catch the Vapors by Standard Films where he produced an amazing video part for his first time filming in the major leagues.

Kinda like the Mozart of snowboarding, Greg began at the age of 5 and started competing at age 10. Taking all of his opponents off guard, he added two World Cup podiums and his first World Cup win to his resume in his first season. His first snowboard was given to him from his father who worked for lift maintenance at Mammoth Mountain. It seemed to fit him better than a pair of skis ever could so he stuck with it. In his free time Greg skateboards and dirtbikes — his mind never strays from sports. He doesn’t have a favorite movie, a favorite band, or a favorite TV show, but some of his favorite athletes are Tara Dakides, Keegan Valaika, and Travis Parker. Watch out for this kid, he just turned 18 and shows no sign of slowing down.

From World Cup events, to the X Games, to the US Open, Andy does it all, and perfects halfpipe riding as the world knows it. Andy is a consistent competitor that all riders watch out for in the halfpipe.
California native Andy Finch started out as an SBX racer because his local mountain didn’t have a halfpipe. Now a standard in the pipe finals, Finch is known for his fearless style and impressive arsenal of inverted tricks. His aggressive no-holds-bared approach to snowboarding has garnered him the nickname of ‘Pitbull.’
