A PISTE SKI THAT FLOATS IN POWDER

BBR is a ski like no other ski ever made. An oversized, surfboard like tip and rocker shape enable the ski to float in powder and adapt to uneven terrain smoothly and predictably
A powder ski
THAT CARVES ON PISTE
BBR’s narrow waist and pintail, its short radius and short effective edge on-piste provide great grip and playfulness on harder snow. What Salomon calls the “V” shape, is literally 2 skis in one.
The V-Shape
Historically, skis have been mostly designed around a classic X-shape concept. The new V-shape is characterized by a surf board shaped tip , a narrow waist and a pin tail. The overall result is versatile performance that must be experienced to be believed
An optimized tip and tail
The BBR’s tip and tail ensure great floatation in powder, and amazing on-piste carving while reducing unnecessary weight compared with a normal freeski.

This is Luis from Tall Treez Productions, they create videos here in the Tahoe Area. All over the mountains you can see their Tall Treez hoodies. They look like a gang…and they are a gang, sort of…but really they’re just friendly skiers and snowboarders out having a good time filming each other. This is part of their story, check out more of their vids, and hoodies online at Talltreez.com

The designers from Salomon have done it again, check out the BBR the most versital ski ever. Looks like a spoon, turns like a dream, in all conditions the BBR Rips. The fat area before the tip keeps the ski on top of the snow allowing you to ride higher and turn quicker.
