The skateboarder’s longboard, the Assault is ideal for around town or campus. We incorporate additonal fiberglass in the kick-tail, making it functional while leaving the platform slightly softer. While short in length, it is smooth and stable. Using 150mm trucks and our 72mm/78a wheels gives you plenty of grip and forgiveness riding over cracks and rocks but the Assault is also extremely agile. Truly the best of both worlds!

Since the Sidewinder trucks sit a bit high off the ground we decided to lower the board. To do this we use a flush mount drop through technique whereby the truck is assembled around the deck with the baseplate set into a recess on top of the board. This brings the board down to a more standard level while still allowing the trucks to perform their magic.

Designed by Landyachtz team rider Mike McGoldrick for ultimate control during higher speed carving and drifting. Ideal for riders of all levels, easy to ride around town and right at home on big hills carving like hell.

+ Drop mounted, providing a more stable ride and making it easier to push and foot-break.
+ Rocker shape to provide a unique feel many riders find more comfortable, also making it easier to transfer force from feet to wheels for drifting and sliding.
+ Outward sanded rails, or Gas pedals”, give riders a little extra meat to work with when their feet are hanging off the edge of the board.
+ Very handy for drifting or railing tight corners.
