Buckle Up Big Air 2009, the Shoreline of Tahoe Ski & Snowboard Team Will be at this event in full force. MIKE ABELIUK, JOANNA “PNUT” DZIERZAWSKI, BJ LINNE, LANE POWER, IRVING SANCHEZ, DONNA VANO, CIERRA XAVIER, and maybe more! The buckle up big air is growing in popularity, the community really comes out for this event. We have very difficult roads for our kids to learn to drive on and in the past years we have had 6 high school students die in car wrecks. Some were on our team, and all have been greatly missed. This event helps get out the message to buckle up. So join us march 21st for an event that is a rockin good time, with a purpose.

Irving Sanchez the Polite Punk

January 3rd 2009 at Sierra at Tahoe, Irving sign up in the open class and walked away with a solid 5th place, not bad for a young punk…Kenny Collins of surfing and Volcom fame took notice of Irving and hooked him up with a brand new 2010 Volcom Jacket at the Sacramento WWSRA Ski & Snowboard show.
