This is the superhero Ski Pole. Check out the features on this innovative pole. Skis have changed in the last few years, its now time for poles to catch up with the new skis. Loaded Longboards shows how they get some of their great footage….Learn how to make a sweet device to hold your camera. We use this homemade device to film our videos. Jonathan Jelkin is the master mind behind this. Create your own, it is easy, be awesome. I demonstrate how to use it at the end of the video and eat crap.
It’s been 3 years since Shoreline has won this event, its a great event to end the season, may-be next year will be the year the Shoreline’s team takes back the title. Congratulations to Porters for a job well done. So God willing next year Shoreline will be there to fight for the title.

Shoreline of Tahoe loves this event because Skiers and snowboarders unite to throw down on a slopestyle course in memory of Sierra Freestyle / Freeride Skier, Greg Smith and to spread Seatbelt Safety Awareness.

Amateur divisions will jam on a custom rail and/or jump line. Your choice! Prizes from the sponsors to top 3 in each division will awarded.
The Open divisions will jam on the custom jump line, with an emphasis on style, execution, and putting down a solid run. Cash purse will pay to top 5 in each Open division and top 3 in the Women’s division.
CHP will be onsite to share Seatbelt Safety Awareness.
All proceeds go towards the Sierra Education Foundation and towards building a signature feature for Greg.

Registration:
Registration will be held in the Aspen Cafe before the contest from 8:00am to 9:30am. The entry fee for the amateur divisions is $25 and the pro divisions is $40. Lift tickets for competitors can be purchased at registration for $35. Competitor Parents can purchase a discounted ticket at registration for $49.

The 4th annual Buckle Up Big Air is boasting a $4,000 cash purse! Our judges will be expecting your tightest game. There’s awesome prizes from our sponsors for the amateurs. Here’s the breakdown for the Open and Women’s divisions:

Spectators:
This is an event not to be missed! Enjoy the BBQ, the music and the great raffle prizes. All spectators will be required to remain in the Spectator Village. Access to the course will be limited to registered athletes and those with credentials as stated above. Please note that the contest is held on our Backside- lift access is required to get there.

What’s Up Tahoe is a show hosted by long time friend of Shoreline Curtis Fong. Now with the RSN network, Curtis is a one man production, Camera man, sound technician, and Talk show host. Now just so you know he didn’t edit this, So someone else made me look and say dumb things…..
I am writing from Winter Park, CO. We are competing here tomorrow and Friday in U.S. Freestyle Team Selections. Men’s qualification starts Wednesday and Friday at 12:15 PM Mountain Time (2:15 PM East Coast and 11:15 AM West Coast). Men’s finals is scheduled to start at 2:45 PM but that is subject to change based on how the event runs. There is going to be a run order on the website so it will you should be able to tell who is going and when I go. I will be running 40th in the run order and I will be wearing bib #67.
I am very excited to compete. Training has been going well and everything is coming together. The top two overall finishers from the two day event will get U.S. C Team spots. The top overall finisher from the two days will also get to ski the American World Cups inDeer Valley, UT and Lake Placid, NY. Thank you for your love and support.
