BAMBOO DECKS: made with six plys of sustainably sourced hardrock maple and a power ply of environmentally friendly Bamboo. Bamboo is a remarkably renewable, sustainably grown material. By adding bamboo as a power-generating deck-side ply, we not only give our skateboards that clean Zen flavor, we deliver much improved return and lasting durability.

RECYCLED GLASS RE-GRIP: most Arbor decks are gripped with long-lasting crushed recycled glass. This ultra clear re-grip surface allows the deck’s natural grain and color to remain highly visible, while providing better performance than silica bead alternati ves.

WATER BASED FINISHES: all Arbor skateboards are produced using a water-based sanding sealer and final finish to avoid polluting the air we breathe, especially when skating.

RECYCLED PLASTIC RISERS: all Arbor completes are shipped with recycled plastic risers, which allows us to reduce our dependence on petroleum-based plastics, while helping the effort to stop the proliferation of plastic pollution.

April 10th, 2010 – Ladies and Gentlemen, yes it’s that time of year for the Smokin Pool Party at Boreal Ridge Resort. Smokin’s second annual event in beautiful Lake Tahoe is set to take place on the 10th of April 2010. It’s an 80′s inspired event with transitions and log jibs along with a never before built adventure thanks to the industries first and most massive Hip cutter built by Eric Rosenwald and the Boreal Terrain Park Crew. Last years event was amazing and had a huge turnout from our little groms from the lake to Tahoe’s best up and coming riders. This year is sure to go off with a bang thanks to PortersTahoe.com and Truckee Horticulture Center and our more than $1000 in cash and $5000 in sponsor prizes from all our friends that are helping us put this together. So make sure you bring your helmets and hand plants and come on out to Boreal for a bangin’ good time. Great tunes and Multiple DJ’s are gonna make the shredding more than radical. See you there.!
