Confirmation
You will receive two
e-mails after you have placed your order and
provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that
your order has been received (your order
confirmation number
will link to the Order
Status page); this e-mail should arrive within
approximately 24 hours.
The second confirms that
your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
You can also check the
current status of your order by clicking on the
order status link provided in this email,
or the order status link
on the top right corner of our site.
Change In Order
Status
Occasionally, high demand
causes us to run out of certain items. If we do
not have an item that you've ordered in stock,
we will notify you by
email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock
and not expected to come back in stock, so we
must
cancel the item. In this
case, if you paid with a credit card, we will
not charge you for the item, plus any applicable
taxes,
promotions and shipping.
If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will
send you a new Gift Certificate for the amount
of the item,
plus any applicable
taxes, promotions and shipping.
